By accessing and using ImgPrism ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ImgPrism provides free, browser-based image processing utilities including compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping, watermarking, Base64 encoding/decoding, and rotation. All processing occurs locally in your web browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. No image data is transmitted to our servers.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • You must not use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.
  • You retain full ownership and responsibility for any images you process.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ImgPrism and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImgPrism and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, images, or profits.

Third-Party Content

The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These advertisements are governed by the respective ad network's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
